• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, organization
• Order & billing: products purchased, amounts, payment method type (not full card numbers on our servers)
• Coaching intake: voluntary financial goals and notes you provide
• Technical: IP, browser, cookies, cart contents (see Cookie Policy)

3. How we use data

To fulfill orders, schedule coaching, respond to inquiries, improve our site, comply with law, and — with consent — send educational newsletters. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Processors under contract: hosting, email, payment gateways, analytics (if enabled). They may only use data to provide services to us.

5. Retention

• Orders & tax records: up to 7 years
• Marketing: until unsubscribe
• Coaching notes: duration of engagement plus reasonable archive period

6. Your rights

Depending on location, you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. Email privacy@summitfinwellness.com. California residents may exercise CCPA rights as applicable.

7. Security

HTTPS, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method is 100% secure; report concerns promptly.

8. Children

Services are directed to adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent for approved university programs.

9. International users

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the site you consent to transfer where permitted by law.
